Abstract:

In early 2022, Caritas’ two regional outreach teams (Tuen Mun and Southern District) implemented CLAP@JC Hong Kong Benchmarks (Community) for internal self-assessment to re-examine their youth services’ development strategy and service positioning. This process allowed Caritas to determine the teams’ development strengths further and discover any pain points for improving and enhancing youth services.
