FAQ for Youth Worker

What kind of NGO partners are we expecting?

We welcome all youth service units to join us in incorporating CLAP@JC model into their existing services and supporting youth to build CLD competence for brighter future.

How to create CV360?

You can access CLAP@JC CV360® Website to create own resume. It focuses on youths’ “paid” and “unpaid” experience which allows them to showcase their strengths from different angles. By exploring their own VASK (Values, Attitudes, Skills and Knowledge) with this tool, youths would understand more about themselves and present to the others.

What is the difference between CLAP@JC Phase I and Phase II?

We provided direct service to youth beneficiaries in Phase I and consolidated CLD model and good practices.

We are focusing on capacity building work for the sector in Phase II and trying to promote CLAP@JC model to different youth service units.

How do I learn more about CLAP@JC model and its good practices?

You can explore the training programmes co-created by CUHK and the funding resources offered by CLAP@JC in “Capacity Building & Funding Schemes”.

Online materials are also available in “Resource Network & Materials”.

What is the purpose on CLAP@JC Phase II research part? What information do service target and youth worker need to provide?

The networks NGOs will engage in CLAP@JC Research and Evaluative study to build the porotypes of CLD intervention and evidence for mainstreaming and sustaining CLD.
