Guidelines and Manual

Under the service coordination and research work of the Community-Based Team, the publication of the Practice Guidelines will include the intervention strategies, practice experiences and wisdom developed by frontline practitioners of the District Service Teams over the course. Fellow workers may take the Guidelines as a practical reference for designing community-based career and life development services to support young people not in education, employment or training (NEET).

In addition to the crucial concepts, theories, and intervention frameworks related to career and life development, the focus of each Guidelines will be on one of the key artefacts/special targeted groups as follows:

CV360® User Guidelines

As a new form of curriculum vitae, CV360® is built on the concept of ‘Expanded Notion of Work’ (ENOW). The User Guidelines will elaborate the core ideas and framework of CV360®, support with intervention strategies and related tools to help youth workers in their career and life guidance work.
