Each network school will receive cross-disciplinary critical friend support from the HKBM Team on school self-evaluation and action planning on CLD. 

Critical Friends are entrusted individuals who are external to the schools and bring in new insights or ideas from another lens and sometimes ask difficult questions in school self-evaluation

Community Connectors

  • Provide career transition support services and establish a good intervention model, link regional service units to establish a referral mechanism and long-term support

Assessment & Action Plan Advisor

  • Assist schools in using the HKBM Toolkit to guide teachers to think, evaluate and reflect on action plans from different perspectives​

Hub Facilitators 

  • Support and coordinate the support of critical friend to the school, help organize meetings and share practical experiences
  • Provide teachers with student-oriented support, design and promote different career development assessment tools and supporting facilities
