Alternative Path Finder Scheme (APFS)
Alternative Path Finder Scheme is a support service for students with different abilities and aptitudes, including students with low motivation, potential early school leavers (specifically addressing benchmark 4).
This scheme will serve 8 selected Network Schools. Each school will be supported by community connectors beside the cross-disciplinary HKBM team.
Enterprise Advisor
Each Enterprise Advisor will work with a network school on a 1:1 basis, with the aim to bring their business experience and professional network to help network schools in enhancing their CLD strategy as well as enriching youth’s CLD journey.
Accredited Professional Development Programmes (PDP)
Accredited PDP on Career and Life Development for all professionals/ stakeholders in school will be offered by Department of Curriculum and Instruction, The Education University of Hong Kong.
Take A CLAP Year
Experience of other real-life working environment is invaluable for teacher as they are the one of the main influencers of student’s career path. Therefore, we offer Take a CLAP Year for teacher to gain insight into non-teaching work.
